Listening to the quiet that is already there



There is so many ideas about what is meditation. Often we think that meditation is about quieting a mind that, in itself, almost never can be completely quiet. That it might be impossible to bring that to complete silence.


We're unaware of the simple fact that meditation is a way of listening to the quiet that is already there. A quiet that hides behind the noise of daily life. A soft layer laying under the branches of the busy mind. So to enter into a state of meditation we can start to listen to the silence that is already that. To be found, any place, any time, any circumstance.
